9.Code of Conduct & Safe Learning Environment
Our programmes are designed as professional learning environments where participants can explore ideas openly and respectfully. By participating in any programme, you agree to:
- Treat all facilitators, staff and fellow participants with respect and professionalism.
- Engage in discussion in a professional and constructive manner and respect diverse perspectives and experiences.
- Maintain the confidentiality of discussions, shared learnings and any content contributed by other participants (including journal entries and team dashboard data).
- Avoid harassment, discrimination or inappropriate conduct.
- Refrain from disruptive behaviour, solicitation or unauthorised promotion within the platform.
Behaviour that undermines this environment, or failure to comply with this Code of Conduct, may result in removal from the programme without refund.
10.Concerns, Complaints or Safety Issues
Participants who feel unsafe, uncomfortable or dissatisfied with any aspect of a programme are encouraged to raise concerns promptly by contacting Tiffany Gray at Tiffany@pbma.com.au. Concerns will be reviewed promptly and may result in clarification, mediation, facilitation adjustments, participant guidance, behavioural expectations or removal of participants where appropriate. The aim of this process is to maintain a respectful, safe and professional learning environment for all participants.
11.Recording of Sessions
Participants are not permitted to record, transcribe or screen-capture any workshop, presentation or learning session. Workshops or learning sessions may be recorded by TiffanyGray.com or authorised facilitators for the purposes of quality assurance, programme improvement, learning and development, or internal facilitator training. Any recordings created for these purposes will not be distributed publicly and will be managed in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
12.Intellectual Property & Ownership of Materials
All programme content, materials, frameworks, tools, templates, prompts, exercises, models, concepts, methodologies, slide decks, recordings and associated content provided through TiffanyGray.com remain the intellectual property of Tiffany Gray / TiffanyGray.com. Participation grants a limited, personal right to access the materials for your own professional learning and internal business use only, and does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights.
Permitted use. You may retain copies of programme materials for your own personal professional reference and learning. Materials may not be used for commercial purposes or incorporated into other training programmes without prior written permission from TiffanyGray.com.
Prohibited use. You must not:
- Reproduce, redistribute, resell or publicly share any programme content without prior written consent.
- Capture screenshots or screen recordings of programme materials.
- Reproduce or redistribute materials to non-participants.
- Upload materials to organisational intranets, learning systems or shared repositories.
- Share materials via email, shared drives, messaging platforms or similar channels.
- Use programme materials to train other individuals or teams.
- Replicate any programme's structure, curriculum or instructional design.
- Create derivative programmes or training products based on the materials or frameworks.
Any deliverables you create using the programme tools (journal entries, uploaded documents and similar) remain your own intellectual property. Use of the materials for organisational training, internal delivery or facilitator training requires a separate written licensing agreement with TiffanyGray.com.
13.Framework, Methodology & Programme Design Protection
Participants acknowledge that the frameworks, methodologies, concepts, structure, sequencing, facilitation approaches and learning architecture used in TiffanyGray.com programmes represent proprietary intellectual property developed by TiffanyGray.com. Participants agree that they will not, directly or indirectly:
- Reproduce, replicate, reverse engineer or recreate these frameworks or methodologies for the purpose of delivering training programmes, consulting services or educational products;
- Analyse a programme for the purpose of recreating its teaching methods, or extract, document or reproduce the programme architecture or structure;
- Replicate the instructional design of the programme, or develop a competing course, workshop or learning product based substantially on the programme.
This restriction applies regardless of whether programme materials are copied directly or recreated from memory.
14.Derivative Works & Non-Competing Programmes
Participants must not develop, publish, teach, license, distribute or commercialise any course, workshop, consulting methodology, framework or educational programme that is substantially derived from a TiffanyGray.com programme without prior written permission from TiffanyGray.com. This includes programmes that replicate core frameworks, conceptual models, teaching architecture, learning design or programme sequencing, and applies whether materials are reproduced directly or recreated from memory. Nothing in this clause prevents participants from applying insights from a programme in their own professional work; it prevents reproducing a programme or its underlying frameworks as a training or consulting product.
15.Organisational Use
Participation in a programme does not grant organisations the right to deliver the programme internally or to use the materials for organisational training purposes. Any internal delivery, facilitator accreditation or organisational licensing must be agreed through a separate written agreement with TiffanyGray.com.
16.Attribution
Where programme frameworks or concepts are referenced in organisational work, attribution should be given to TiffanyGray.com.
17.Use of Artificial Intelligence
Participants may use artificial intelligence tools as part of their learning and professional practice. However:
- Participants must not upload programme materials, frameworks, recordings, transcripts or proprietary content from any TiffanyGray.com programme into artificial intelligence systems, machine learning models or automated knowledge systems for the purpose of training, analysing, reproducing or generating derivative outputs.
- Participants must not use artificial intelligence tools to recreate, reproduce, summarise or generate derivative training materials, frameworks or methodologies based on our programmes.
These restrictions apply to public artificial intelligence tools, organisational artificial intelligence systems, internal knowledge engines and custom artificial intelligence models.
18.Privacy & Data
- We collect and handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
- Information you provide (including journal entries, uploaded documents and profile details) is stored securely and used solely for delivering the programme experience.
- Team dashboard features aggregate data by organisation. By entering your organisation name, you consent to your journal entries being visible to other participants from the same organisation in aggregated form.
- We will not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties except as required by law or as necessary to deliver the programme (for example, payment processing via Stripe).
- Where AI tools are used to process material within a programme, we use business-tier services that do not use your data to train their models, and we do not enter personal or sensitive information into consumer AI tools.
- You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time through your account settings. On deletion, your data is removed from the platform and your access to the TiffanyGray.com site and programme portal will end.
Full detail on what we collect, how it is used, who can see it, and how it is stored and protected is set out in our Privacy & Data Handling Statement.
19.Research & Data Use
Some programmes delivered through TiffanyGray.com include a research component. By registering for and using this platform, you agree that:
- The information you provide — including survey responses, journal entries, uploaded work samples and any interview you take part in — may be used, in de-identified form, to evaluate and improve the programmes and to contribute to Dr Tiffany Gray's research into how people and organisations work with AI.
- Any information reported to an organisation you belong to is aggregated and de-identified; your individual responses are seen only by the researcher.
- You should remove personal or commercially sensitive information from any work sample before uploading it.
- Taking part in any individual interview is voluntary at the time you are invited.
- If you wish to have your data removed, you may request deletion of your account and data at any time in your account settings; on deletion, your data is removed and you will no longer have access to the TiffanyGray.com site or programme portal.
20.Breach of these Terms
If a participant breaches these Terms, TiffanyGray.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate the participant's access to the learning portal, remove the participant from a programme, or revoke access to programme materials and recordings. TiffanyGray.com may immediately remove a participant's access where a breach is identified. No refunds will be provided where access is removed due to breach of these Terms. Participants may also be required to delete or destroy any unauthorised copies of programme materials.
21.Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, TiffanyGray.com is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the programme.
- Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the programme is limited to the amount you paid for the programme.
- The programme provides educational content and tools. It does not constitute professional advice (legal, financial, technical or otherwise). You are responsible for how you apply what you learn.
22.Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising in connection with the website, a programme or these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia. Participants located outside Australia agree to this jurisdiction.
23.Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
24.Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. The current version will always be available on the website, and participants will be notified of any material changes. Continued use of the website or participation in a programme constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
